Really want to try this this week (via Jon)

  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups of olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh basil chopped (i usually get a couple of bushels 3 or 4 depends on what much u want to make its breaks down, i usually just take it off the stem and throw it in)
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 5 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Put like 1/2 cup of oil in blender to start with and add the basil. pepper garlic and salt.  Keep adding basil and the rest of oil till it all blend smooth Mix with Parmesan cheese before serving
